Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for booking your wildlife experience with Online Corbett Safari. We aim to provide a transparent and customer-friendly cancellation and refund process. Since our services are governed by Uttarakhand Forest Department rules, we request you to review the following carefully before making a reservation.

Booking Terms & Refund Policy
  • 1.Safari Booking Confirmation.
  • All safaris in Jim Corbett National Park are controlled by the Forest Department of Uttarakhand. Once a booking is confirmed through the official system, it cannot be modified or cancelled by us.
    • 2.Non-Refundable Bookings:
  • Safari bookings are non-refundable once confirmed, as per government rules. The safari permit, vehicle, and guide are allocated through the Forest Department system.
  • 3.Cancellations by Authorities.
  • In rare cases where the forest department cancels safaris due to bad weather, road closure, or wildlife reasons, we will offer a full refund or an alternate date, as per customer choice
  • In rare cases (like sudden forest closures, VIP movement, or bad weather), safari bookings may be cancelled by forest officials. In such cases, refunds (if applicable) are subject to official approval and timelines.
4.Hotel & Tour Package Refunds:
  • Cancellations made more than 15 days before check-in: 80% refund
  • • 7–15 days before check-in: 50% refund.
  • • Less than 7 days: No refund. 5.Payment Terms::
    Refund Policy

    Since safari permits are issued under government regulation, we follow strict guidelines:

    • No refund is applicable if you cancel the safari for personal reasons (including change of travel plans, health issues, or no-shows).
    • If the booking is cancelled due to a forest department issue, we will try our best to process refunds based on the actual refund received from the department.
    • Refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–14 working days using the original payment method.
    Changes to Bookings

    Once a safari permit is generated, it cannot be changed (zone, date, or visitor name). Please ensure all details submitted at the time of booking are accurate.

    Non-Refundable Situations
    • Visitor arrives late or fails to report at the designated safari gate on time
    • Mismatch or invalid ID proof submitted at the time of entry
    • Violation of park rules leading to denial of entry by forest authorities
    Force Majeure

    Online Corbett Safari shall not be held liable for cancellations or delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government orders, strikes, or other force majeure events.
